The heater and AC does still work though because l can still defrost my windshield. the only problem is that the fan does not work. Whats the best solution, how much its gonna cost me and who can l take it to so it can be fixed?

Sounds like a piece of fuzz got stuck in the fan belt causing it to stop working. Take your jeep to the jeep doctor to get it fixed.

If you are talking about that the blower motor does not work, you may want to check the fuse for the blower motor, then check if you have power at the blower motor. If you have automatic temperature control, the blower motor module usually burns up and causes the blower not to work.
