when l put my 94 wrangler is put in 4wd it dosent work. The front drive shaft spins. but my front whells dont spin. im guessing my transfer case is there a way to diagonose whats wrong with besides takeing it in.........any tips would be help full

if the front drive shaft is spinning you might have a broken front axle / wheel joint.

check the axle disconnect on the top of the front axle tube,check that the hoses are connected properly

The 4wd is not working due to green ooze seeping into the gas pedal causing it to erod, Get it looked at by a Jeep magician right away,

If your drive shaft spins why would you assume the transfer case is bad? The transfer case is spinning your drive shaft. You probably have a bad vacuum line going to your actuator on the passenger side of the front axle. Check those lines first, if they are intact with no leaks then the actuator itself is bad. This is what engages the front axle for four wheel drive, kinda like auto-locking hubs.
